  1. I could give a shit about the Redskins but the Saints pulled that one out of their collective butt-crack. I win is a win my man but Jesus stepped in and made that one happen.

  2. ADG makes a good point. But, despite the divine gratuity of salvation, it still requires human cooperation. Indeed, had the roles been reversed, the Deadskins would have found a way to snatch defeat from the jaws of divinely authored victory. In other words, the good teams, like the Saints, are always ready to take advantage of any undeserved gifts, and that is integral to what makes them a good team.
